How to Navigate in the Public Knowledge Base?

The Public Knowledge Base page includes a search bar and question tags which make the necessary information easier to find. There is also the Popular Questions section for the most frequently repeated ones.

In order to find the answer to the question you need, you can use the categories marked by tags, or the search bar. The tags are added into your Public Knowledge base together with the questions you make public, you won’t have to add them separately. You can click one of the categories to see a list of the questions and answers marked by this tag.

It is also possible to look for answers to questions using the search bar. To do so, you need to type your search query into the search bar. After that, the relevant questions and answers will be displayed on the page below.
