The Tags are important for sorting the information in your Knowledge Base, making it easier to find the answers, and keeping up with the new questions marked with a certain tag.In the Tags section it is possible to set up the tags in your Knowledge Base. Here you can add new tags, search for the existing ones, and update them, if necessary.
To edit a tag click the Options button and choose Update. Here you can set the tag description and choose its color.
