In order to set up the Slack bot in the settings section, you need to make sure that your Slack workspace is connected to OneBar. If you have installed the app not from Slack, you will need to integrate it with Slack separately in the Settings section. To do so, you will need to click the Integrate with Slack button in the Integrations Section.
As soon as you integrate the app with Slack, your plan will automatically be changed to Startup with a 14-day trial. After that you will need to choose the channels you want to add the Slack bot to using the Add channel button. The trial version allows you to use the bot in any amount of channels.
When you add the bot into a channel the app analyzes it and makes suggestions on the questions that need to be answered, in order to simplify starting to add information to the knowledge base.
