(For Admin) What is possible to do in the Channels section?

The Channels section shows all the channels that you use together with Onebar. Here you can set up and manage them, view the channel suggestions and events. Let’s look at the Suggestions section first.


In the left column you can see the list of the channels that have the bot installed. If you choose one of them, you will be able to have it scanned and to see suggestions on the questions that can be answered and added into your knowledge base.
On the right side of the page you can see your Knowledge Base. To add a question from the suggestions section into your Knowledge Base you can just drag the message from the left column into the one on the right or click the Answer button on the suggestion itself.


In the next window you will be able to set the verifiers and verification intervals, and add tags so that the answer will be easier to find.


This way you can add as many Questions as you want for all of your support channels.
You can also filter the suggestions by dates, topics, requesters and types (a question or a dialogue)



To view channel analytics you can press the Show Analytics button. In this section you can see the popular topics, the Top Requesters and the number of questions by types. This section will help you understand what information prevails in your channel and set up the bot in accordance with the results.
