(For Admin) How to set up Modal Actions?

In the Modal Action Settings it is possible to set up the blocks you would like to see on the Modal Actions section. To do so, you need to check the boxes near the blocks you want to be shown there.

The Ask your team option allows users to redirect questions to their team members, if they are not satisfied with the initial answer. After that the question will be ready to be answered via OneBar.

The Email Helpdesk option allows users to contact the company’s help centre if they have any problems. This feature only works if you set up the company email in the Channel Settings section.

When a user clicks the Email Helpdesk button, they get to fill in a form to send a request to the company’s help centre to the email you have added.
