To set up your Public Knowledge Base you need to go to the Settings page and enter the General section.
Here it is possible to customize your Public Knowledge Base by adding your company’s logo and setting the colors you want to use there.
It is also possible to set up the website URL and title, and enable or disable the Public Knowledge Base.
